I have dabbled in and out of art journals for many years now and every January I feel the need to break out a fresh, blank journal... even if my last journal is incomplete!
These art journals are my personal playgrounds and there are NO rules!
I use them for experimenting with different mediums, I use them for expressing, documenting daily life...or simply for doodling in while watching tv.
Keeping an art journal is a great way to fuel creativity. It's also very exciting to flip through past journals and reflect on certain events & moments... and to see your own growth.
